NSS offers a single window service for its customers. We have developed relationships with various government departments, semi-government offices, municipalities, port authorities, hospitals, transporters, travel agencies, p&I correspondents, surveyors, drydocks, workshops, chartering brokers, stevedoring companies, equipment providers, fuel suppliers, laboratories, law firms and other entities that have anything to do with our core business of providing quality agency services.
Our marine services include:-
· Dry-docking co-ordination and vessel handling.
· Crew changes.
· Bunker supplies
· Arrangement of ship supplies.
· Arrangement of mid-sea supply of ship stores, crew changes and other husbandry
· Clearance and delivery of ship spares to vessels in port or in mid sea.
· Arrangement of medical evacuation of injured / sick crew members from vessels in port or at mid sea.
· Sourcing of heavy equipment, generators and workshop attendance for emergency repairs on vessels.
· Arrangement of workshops capable of providing riding repair crews for mid sea repairs during steaming.
· Delivery of insurance covered cash to ship masters in port or at mid sea.
· Arrangement of vessels for loading transshipment cargoes from UAE.
· Arrangement of reputed surveyors, compass adjusters, average adjusters.
· Information on towage companies in case of on board emergencies.
· Slop removal by road or barge.
· Launch services, visa, travel and hotel arrangements.
· Certificates renewal
· Ship hull cleaning and videography.
· Container repairs and leasing.
