As Ramadan is due to start soon, we would like to inform you that the official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan for DP World UAE and its subsidiaries are as below:
| Commercial and Administrative Departments | Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 14:30
Friday: 08:00 – 12:30 |
| Container Terminals | Operations will continue as normal
Gate operations will continue 24 hours |
| General Cargo | Normal Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00– 14:30
Overtime: Monday to Saturday: 14:30 onwards Sunday: Full Day
Break hours: Iftar break: 18:30 – 19:15 Suhoor break: 04:00 – 04:30 |
| CFS and Cold Chain Logistics | Normal Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 – 14:30
Overtime: Monday to Saturday: 14:30 onwards Sunday: Full Day |
| Transportation and Distribution | Operations will continue 24 hours |
| Marine Department | Berthing and un-berthing of vessels will continue 24 hours |
All charges for services provided during overtime hours will be applicable according to the rates listed in the Port Tariff.
